Senior Operations Executive
Job Introduction
The Senior Operations Executive (SOE) plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficiency, performance, and coordination of the Amazon Business team across the UK and Europe. Acting as the operational link between field-based sales teams and central support functions, the SOE is responsible for managing daily systems, processes, and communications that underpin successful service delivery.
This role has a broad remit, encompassing team communications, process development, reporting management, client support, and performance management assistance. The SOE ensures operational excellence by maintaining structure, consistency, and high standards across all associated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Management
- Oversee and coordinate operational administration for all European markets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise administrative systems, procedures, and practices.
- Support the achievement of team KPIs, identify improvements, and recommend solutions.
Systems & Reporting Management
- Take full ownership of Celero One, ensuring accurate and timely client reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for Celero One updates, troubleshooting, and data accuracy.
- Provide system administrative support, including reporting and maintenance.
Performance & Compliance Support
- Collaborate with Compliance and BDMs to support performance management.
- Assist with monitoring team activity to ensure KPI alignment.
Financial & Resource Administration
- Support management of expense and mileage submissions, ensuring policy compliance.
