Job Introduction

Objectives 

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Service Innovation Group and play a key role in sourcing top talent to help us continue to drive our business forward. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, screening them, and matching them to the right positions within our company. Your ability to design effective recruiting strategies, build strong relationships, and make sound judgments will be essential to your success.  

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bring the perfect blend of sales acumen and headhunting expertise. If you have strong ethics, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to meet you! 

The Role

  • Update and refine recruiting procedures, including job application and onboarding processes.
  • Track and analyse key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn and using Boolean searches.
  • Research and select effective job advertising platforms to attract top candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on labour legislation and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events to enhance the company’s visibility and network.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network with HR professionals, educational institutions, and other partners.
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interview process.
  • Help onboard new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Use the internal ATS system to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure all Right to Work, medical, and other pre-employment checks are completed and monitored.
  • Post job advertisements on appropriate job boards

What We're Looking for  

  • Tribepad experience (highly desirable) to help you hit the ground running.
  • Strong experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including effective use of social media.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Background in field marketing or sales recruitment is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills – confident when engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, can-do mindset.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems, keeping records accurate and up to date.
